Job summary

DKSH in Auckland is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales performance and grow our brands across the North/West Auckland region. You will drive the regional sales strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure our products are represented to the highest standard in-store.

The role requires proven FMCG sales experience, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to travel regularly within New Zealand. A full NZ driver’s licence is essential for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• FMCG sales experience with strong sales process knowledge.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Full NZ Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the territory by owning all product lines and executing the regional sales strategy.
• Provide structured performance updates to the NFSM and exceed financial targets.
• Execute sales activities including product introductions, merchandising, and order management.
• Maintain store standards across Woolworths, TWL, and FSNI in the region.
• Build strong customer relationships by responding to orders, communicating promotions, and coordinating with internal teams for reliable delivery.
