Linfox New Zealand is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our FMCG warehousing operations from our Māngere site. This 6-month fixed-term role requires strong leadership and an analytical mindset to improve safety, service, productivity and cost performance.

You will manage a high-performing team, drive data-driven improvements, and coordinate with commercial stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in FMCG, warehousing or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret data and KPI outcomes.
• Experience improving reporting frameworks and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse and offsite operations to achieve safety, service and financial targets.
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Drive performance through KPI governance and data-driven decision making.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the escalation point for customers and service issues.
• Lead customer engagement activities, including operational reviews and QBRs.
• Partner with commercial teams to support cost management and efficiency.
• Oversee labour planning, capacity forecasting and resource optimization.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders and supervisors.
