Placements24 is assisting a prominent FMCG client in recruiting a Key Account Manager for Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will manage key retail accounts, develop strategic plans to achieve targets, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure optimal product placement and stock levels.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with 3–5 years in FMCG key account management. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of key account management experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency and sales reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key retail accounts in Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations for execution.
• Analyze sales data and provide growth insights.
