New Zealand Post is seeking a Floor Manager for its Auckland Operations Centre, East Tamaki. The role focuses on leading the processing floor, driving productivity and safety, and delivering service targets on a Sunday–Thursday shift pattern.

You will supervise, coach, and schedule staff while collaborating with the Operations Leader to optimize throughput. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead the processing floor on the shift to meet productivity and service targets.
• Roster, coach and develop the team; coordinate training as required.
• Ensure production plans are delivered and targets achieved.
• Collaborate with the Operations Leader to implement the operational plan.
