Job summary

NZ Post is seeking a Floor Manager for the Auckland Operations Centre (East Tamaki). You will provide frontline leadership on the processing floor, managing a team to achieve productivity and safety targets, while partnering with the Operations Leader and Manager to execute the plan.

Shift pattern is Sunday to Thursday with specified hours. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse settings, strong people leadership, and excellent organisation and communication skills

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the processing floor on the shift, ensuring safety and productivity targets.
• Manage rostering, performance coaching, and training coordination.
• Implement and monitor the operational plan with the Operations Leader.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet service targets.
