New Zealand Post Group in Auckland is seeking a Floor Manager to support the Operations Leader in optimizing freight processing on the automated sorter. You will spend time on the processing floor, leading your teams and collaborating with the Operations Manager to implement the agreed plan and meet productivity and service targets.

You will lead by example on safety, wellbeing and people management, including rostering, coaching and training coordination.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in processing/manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with Safety and Wellbeing, fostering a Safe Always culture on the floor.
• Perform rostering, coaching and development, and training coordination for the team.
• Lead the processing shift you are assigned to and drive productivity and service targets.
• Ensure production plans are delivered and targets for productivity and service levels are met.
