Job summary

New Zealand Post Group is seeking a Support Lead in Christchurch to back our parcel sorting team at Syd Bradley Road Processing Centre. You will lead day-to-day operations, set objectives, and ensure safe, efficient parcel and mail processing with strong service standards.

You'll report to the Floor Manager or act as 2IC in their absence, manage resources within budget, ensure accurate data capture, and foster a high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading processing/parcel sorting teams.
• Ability to manage data capture and ensure timely processing.
• Availability Monday to Friday 5pm–1:30am.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the processing team in parcel sorting.
• Manage parcel flow to meet service standards.
• Oversee data capture and system updates.
• Support Floor Manager and supervise resources within budget.
