Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a dynamic Services Sales Specialist based in Hamilton, New Zealand, to manage and grow customer relationships within Thermal and Flow portfolios. Travel up to 50% to local customer sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong customer relationships to support the delivery and expansion of our Thermal (Hygienic Heat Exchangers) and Flow (valves and pumps) service portfolio
• Price, quote, and sell Heat Exchanger parts (plates and gaskets), as well as quoting on-site testing and service solutions
• Partner with the Sales Team to grow our Valve and Pump market presence specifically focusing on the growth of Alfa Laval Valves and Pumps
• Support the development and delivery of Valve and Pump Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with the Service Sales Team
• Identify and pursue market opportunities aligned with our Thermal and Flow growth strategy
• Contribute to and execute the Market Growth Roadmap (MGR) with the Services Sales Team
• Gain a deep understanding of customer purchasing drivers from a services perspective
• Create, implement, and follow up on sales and account strategies within the Thermal/Flow portfolio
• Negotiate and close deals with a focus on profitable service contract growth
• Support sales plans and initiatives for key Thermal, Valve and pump accounts
