Job summary

Access Community Health is seeking compassionate and reliable Complex Care Support Workers to join a dedicated 24/7 team for a client with spinal care needs in Warkworth, NZ. Permanent part-time shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers, with 2–10 hour blocks and sleepovers from 11.00pm–7.00am.

Qualifications

• Experience in spinal injury or complex care preferred.
• Willingness to undertake specialised training as needed.
• Ability to work across varied shifts including sleepovers.

• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Following individualised care plans
• Supporting community access and appointments
• Driving a disability-accessible van when required
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the wider care team
