Job summary

Coyle Homecare is seeking a Female Support Worker / Complex Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care at a client’s home in Marlborough. You will deliver daily routines, assist with personal care, and support the client with activities and outings.

The role requires experience in complex care, spinal cord injury, and tracheostomy care, with a caring, reliable, and professional approach. Shifts include day and waking night hours, with pets in the home.

Qualifications

Female candidate with full UK driving licence.
Experience in complex care and spinal cord injury support.
Experience with autonomic dysreflexia management.
Experience with tracheostomy care.
Experience with suprapubic catheter care.
Experience with medication administration.
Comfortable working in a home with pets.
Caring, reliable, professional and enthusiastic with a passion for person-centred care.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care to a lady with spinal cord injury and a tracheostomy at home.
Support daily routines and personal care.
Assist with community outings and activities, including walking the dogs.
Deliver safe, effective care and promote independence.
Work 2:1 day shifts and 1:1 waking night shifts as part of a team.
Support with medication administration and complex clinical care per care plans.
