Job summary

HealthCare NZ is seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to assist clients in living independently at home and in the community. Roles vary across Community & Rehabilitation, Disability and Social Services with permanent full-time and part-time options.

As part of a wider team you will follow care plans, provide practical and emotional support, and help clients achieve their goals. You’ll handle tasks from meal prep to personal care and home management.

Qualifications

• Empathy and passion to help others, delivering high-quality support.
• Experience in healthcare or caregiving desirable but not required.
• NZ driver's license and reliable transport often required.

Responsibilities
