HealthCare NZ is a leading provider of in-home and community-based health and disability support in New Zealand. We are seeking empathetic Support Workers to join our teams across Community & Rehabilitation, Disability and Social Services.

Opportunities include permanent full-time and part-time roles with flexible rosters to suit commitments. You will assist clients to live independently, following care plans with practical and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Attitude and desire to help others, striving for excellence in all duties.
• Healthcare qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport are often required for many positions.

Responsabilités

• Meal preparation.
• Community outings and integration.
• Giving medication per plan.
• Personal cares (showering, toileting, etc).
• Home management and daily tasks.
