Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand is seeking a logistics administrator to support rental and transport operations across Auckland and Whangarei. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day deliveries and collections of new, used, rental, trade-in and serviced lift trucks from our East Tamaki branch.

You will plan, schedule and manage transport options, work with multiple stakeholders, and ensure documentation is completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational administration, warehousing or logistics environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with customers, technicians and service managers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fast, accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport for delivery/collection of lifts in Auckland and Northland.
• Ensure rental lift trucks are tagged and meet delivery/quality expectations.
• Schedule units in advance with service team to meet quality expectations.
• Collaborate across departments to plan transportation schedules.
• Create and process dockets with accurate information.
• Stocktaking and asset control.
