MADHU & RYANSH NZ LIMITED, a courier and logistics provider contracted to NZ Post, seeks an experienced Transport Manager in Dunedin. The role oversees transport operations, supervises staff, and implements strategies to enhance performance and service quality.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar transport/logistics role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organise and control daily transport operations for courier items.
• Coordinate a fleet of courier vehicles including scheduling and routing.
• Supervise and manage drivers including rostering and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with NZ Post contracts and service levels.
• Monitor routing efficiency, fuel usage and delivery performance.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Manage logistics planning and workload distribution, including peak periods.
• Prepare operational reports on delivery performance and incidents.
