Job summary

BNT in Napier, part of Bapcor New Zealand, is hiring a Fixed Term Customer Service Representative. The role covers serving trade customers at the counter and on the phone, helping them find the right vehicle parts, and processing orders accurately.

You will bring customer service experience (automotive or trade is a big plus), basic computer skills (Excel a plus), and a positive, team-first attitude for a busy, fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is a plus.
• Basic computer skills; Excel knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and a can-do attitude.

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
