Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand, including the BNT North Shore brand, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role serves trade customers at the counter and by phone, helping them find parts and solutions, while processing orders accurately and upselling where appropriate.

We value customer focus, teamwork, and a genuine interest in cars and parts. Full NZ driver’s license preferred; on-site role with attractive incentives and growth opportunities within the Bapcor group.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus).
• Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous).
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate.
• A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!
