Generate KiwiSaver Scheme in New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to qualify leads and convert them into appointments with our financial advisers. You will work from our Auckland or Dunedin offices, building warm client relationships and learning the financial services industry.

You will use Salesforce daily, participate in ongoing training, and help drive growth while developing your sales and communication skills in a dynamic finance environment.

Qualificações

• Past Sales/Customer Engagement experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication via phone and email, with a customer-centric approach.
• Resilient mindset with ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Able to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.]
• You will learn and grow in a fast-paced finance/sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Call warm leads from marketing activities and sell the value of an appointment.
• Establish warm, authentic connections and ask insightful questions to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of receiving solid financial advice.
• Collaborate daily with Financial Advisers to support sales success.
• Manage the CRM (Salesforce) to keep communications and records up to date.
• Build knowledge of the Financial Services market to enable informed interactions.
• Receive comprehensive support and training from leadership.
