Job summary

Deloitte New Zealand seeks an Advisory Manager for Technology, Strategy & Transformation to lead client engagements, shape technology strategy, and deliver practical transformation programs. You will partner with senior leaders, design operating models, and ensure value realisation across diverse industries.

You will engage stakeholders, manage teams, and drive quality outcomes while shaping advisory services and business development opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to influence technology priorities
• Strong understanding of core technology and enterprise architecture concepts
• Knowledge of enterprise technology systems and solutions (ERP/CRM/BI etc.)
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and present clear recommendations
• Experience leading advisory engagements and managing resources/budgets

Responsibilities

• Manage advisory engagements for clients, including resources, budgets, scope, and deliverables
• Provide people leadership and coaching to project teams
• Advise executives and senior leaders on technology strategy and transformation
• Design operating models for technology, transformation, and digital functions
• Lead workshops and translate outputs into actionable roadmaps and business cases
• Support governance and decision-making forums with structured recommendations
