You will drive change strategies, deliver stakeholder engagement, and coach high-performing teams to achieve sustainable benefits for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change across complex, multi-stream programmes in consultancy or professional services.
• Ability to engage executives and senior sponsors, align leadership, and drive sponsorship.
• Proven track record in building readiness, adoption, and measurable benefits.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of change strategies for transformation programmes.
• Grow change management capability through coaching and thought leadership.
• Manage stakeholder strategies, communications, learning and transition activities.
• Integrate change delivery with programme governance and delivery plans.
