Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Head of Finance Systems & Process to lead governance and evolution of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms. You will bridge Finance, Technology and partners, ensuring value from implementation and ongoing operation to drive growth across New Zealand and Australia.

You will own the roadmap, oversee releases, enable adoption, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within a modern Oracle Cloud environment.

Extensive experience leading finance systems and ERP governance.
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle EPM in leadership roles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, controls and operating models.],

Responsibilities

Lead the governance and oversight of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms.
Act as the functional design authority for finance systems, processes and configuration changes.
Own and prioritise the finance systems roadmap, improvement initiatives and enhancement backlog.
Govern Oracle quarterly releases, feature adoption and system change activities.
Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across the Finance function.
Oversee finance system security and governance frameworks.
Manage vendor relationships including Oracle and SI partners; lead integration governance.
Champion user adoption, capability development and training, building a high-performing team.
