Reporting to the Finance leadership team, you will act as the key link between Finance, Technology and our delivery partners. You will ensure our finance systems, processes and controls continue to deliver value well beyond implementation.

You will own the finance systems roadmap, governance framework, change approvals, process design standards and continuous improvement backlog. You will play a critical role in driving adoption, improving operational efficiency, enabling future capability and ensuring the platforms continue to support business growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Finance at Kinetic. You will lead the ongoing evolution of a modern Oracle Cloud environment while influencing process improvement and transformation across the organisation.

What you will do

Lead the governance and oversight of Kinetic's Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms.

Act as the functional design authority for finance systems, processes and configuration changes.

Own and prioritise the finance systems roadmap, improvement initiatives and enhancement backlog.

Govern Oracle quarterly releases, feature adoption and system change activities.

Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across the Finance function.

Oversee finance system security, access controls and associated governance frameworks.

Manage key vendor and partner relationships, including Oracle and systems integrators, while leading integration governance across Oracle and connected business platforms.

Champion user adoption, capability development and ongoing training, while building and developing a high-performing Finance Systems & Process team.

What you will bring

Extensive experience in finance systems, ERP governance or finance operations leadership roles.

Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle EPM in a leadership, governance or functional authority capacity.

Demonstrated experience leading post-implementation optimisation, continuous improvement and value realisation initiatives.

A strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, controls, governance and operating models.

Experience governing system changes, release management, enhancement prioritisation and vendor relationships.

Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operations.

Experience managing process standardisation, business change and organisational adoption within complex environments, supported by strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills and the ability to balance business requirements, risk and technology outcomes.

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline. CA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
