CartonCloud, a remote-first warehouse and transport management software provider, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead our global finance function from New Zealand time zones. You will own FP&A, treasury, investor reporting, and controllership across multiple entities, guiding strategic decisions with the CEO and board.

You'll build scalable processes, automate the finance stack, and drive financial clarity as we scale into new markets, while remaining hands-on in a small team environment.

Qualifications

• Led end-to-end FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Hands-on controllership with month-end close and statutory reporting.
• Experience across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Experience presenting to boards and senior execs.

Responsabilités

• Lead group FP&A, model, forecast accuracy, SaaS metrics, and scenario planning.
• Own annual budget and department-level budgeting across functions.
• Prepare board reports and respond to director questions.
• Manage cash, treasury, covenants, FX exposure.
• Lead investor-grade reporting and data-room readiness.
• Oversee month-end close, statutory reporting, audits, and multi-jurisdiction tax.
• Drive finance tech stack and automation.
• Develop internal controls and risk management.
