Job summary

Timescapes, Auckland-based hardware-enabled SaaS, seeks a senior finance lead to bring accounting in-house and build a world-class function across NZ, AU, CA and US.

You’ll own end-to-end finance, from ERP to revenue recognition, and design AI-native processes to scale with the business. You’ll work with the CEO and one direct report, with periodic travel to North America.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA designation; 10+ years in finance; 3+ years leading a finance function in a high-growth business.
• Experience bringing outsourced accounting in-house.
• Hardware-as-a-service, leasing or bundled hardware and subscription accounting.

Responsibilities

• Migrate accounting in-house with monthly close and consolidation across NZ, AU, CA and US.
• Oversee accounts payable and payroll across all entities; manage tax compliance and intercompany processes.
• Own finance systems end-to-end: ERP, billing, reporting, analytics and controls.
