Qualifications

• Five years’ finance experience with month‑end, budgeting and cashflow.
• Experience in a complex operational setting with cost control and margins.
• Hands‑on leadership of a small finance team and strong communication with non‑finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and KPI commentary.
• Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts with operations.
• Maintain strong financial controls across core processes and reporting.
• Provide analysis of costs, margins and productivity to support decisions.
• Oversee cashflow, capex analysis and financial modelling for investments.
• Lead and develop a small finance team and ensure day‑to‑day finance delivery.
