Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end finance function for the Pacific Door Systems Ltd unit. The role is onsite in New Zealand, based in Auckland or Wellington, requiring strong manufacturing finance experience and the ability to deliver timely, accurate management accounts and robust financial planning.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and group reporting, ensuring compliance and high quality reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Tertiary accounting qualification and CA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum five years post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading finance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end finance function for Pacific Door Systems Ltd.
• Ensure statutory payments (PAYE, FBT, Provisional Tax, ACC, GST) are accurate and on time.
• Produce reconciled monthly management accounts by the due date.
• Manage monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and group reporting (HFM).
• Review and approve wages, creditors, and other payments.
• Engage with bank manager and tax accountants.
