Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Wellington is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the regional finance and administration function, ensuring projects and maintenance stay on time and within budget.

You will provide proactive commercial advice to leaders, deliver monthly reporting and forecasting, and drive accurate, insight-driven financial analysis across the business.

This role is part of the Regional Senior Management Team, offering ongoing development and a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

• Chartered Accountant status or a similar qualification.
• Strong commercial and financial leadership experience, ideally in a contracting, infrastructure, or project-based environment.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data, spot trends, and turn insight into action.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to work alongside operational and senior leaders.
