Wheeler Motor Company in Christchurch, at 40 Disraeli Street, Addington, is expanding its busy automotive sales team. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Executive who can build rapport, understand customer needs, present vehicles, arrange test drives and close sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Managing customer enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls and online leads.
• Working closely with our Finance teams to maximise every opportunity.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and professional presentation.
• Confidence negotiating and closing sales.
• A full New Zealand driver's licence.
