We are a busy, high-volume Finance Hub looking for a detail-oriented team member who can manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and help us fulfill essential contractual obligations.
As part of the dedicated Finance Hub, you will work closely with Delivery teams to process critical financial transactions that keep major educational infrastructure projects moving forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
Invoice & Order Processing: Accurately processing high volumes of project invoices, purchase orders, variations, and payments within tight timeframes.
Financial Allocations: Managing cost transfers, project budget allocations, and financial updates across active Capital Works projects.
Deadline Management: Balancing competing priorities to ensure financial deadlines are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled seamlessly.
Collaboration & Support: Working directly alongside Property delivery teams to resolve financial queries and maintain data accuracy.
We are looking for a efficient and reliable administrator who brings a sharp eye for detail and strong communication skills.
High-Volume Experience: Proven background working in a fast-paced, high-volume financial administration role (property, construction, or public sector experience is a plus).
Time Management & Prioritisation: Ability to effectively multi-task, juggle competing deadlines, and maintain focus under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy when handling numerical data, processing invoices, and managing budget allocations.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Team Player: A proactive, supportive attitude and a willingness to step in and help the wider team succeed.
