Job summary

Crown Property Wash is growing and seeks friendly, motivated people to join our team as Sales Representatives in Auckland. You'll be the face of CPW in your local community, building genuine conversations with neighbours and helping homeowners improve their homes.

No experience needed (but preferred); we provide full training, one-on-one support, and a clear path to leadership as you progress to higher-commission and commercial contracts.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• You’re comfortable chatting to new people and starting conversations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Looking for something long-term with real room to grow.
• Driver’s licence helps but isn’t essential; many areas are bus-friendly.
• We provide full training and one-on-one coaching.
• Daylight hours only; no late nights.

Responsibilities

• Sell roof cleans, roof reseals, gutter cleaning, wall washing, solar panel and exterior window cleaning.
• Build relationships with homeowners in your local area.
• Earn uncapped commission, bonuses, and other perks.
• Progress to Team Leader and potentially work on commercial contracts.
• Utilize SalesRabbit app and follow training processes.

We're on the hunt for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Sales Representatives — honestly, no experience needed (but is preferred), we'll teach you everything you need to know. You'll be the face of CPW in your own community, getting to know your neighbours, having genuine conversations, and helping homeowners get their homes looking their best.

Where you'll work

You’ll be working in your own local area or suburb — no need to trek across Auckland, you’ll be close to home. Bus-accessible areas are available, and there's a transport allowance to help out where needed.

Pay & Perks

Along with your base pay, you'll earn uncapped commission, cash bonuses, and other perks — we genuinely want to reward your hard work, with no cap on what you can take home. And once you're confident with our core services, you'll get the chance to sell our roof reseal packages — bigger jobs, bigger ticket prices, and bigger commission for you.

Training & Support

You won't be thrown in the deep end. Every new team member gets full training and is paired one-on-one with an experienced Team Leader who'll show you the ropes — our proven approach, easy follow-up process, and the SalesRabbit app to help you stay on top of things. And the owner's always around if you need a hand.

What You’ll Be Selling & Helping With

• Roof cleans & treatments
• Roof reseals & recoating (high-ticket, high-commission jobs)
• Gutter cleaning
• Wall washing
• Solar panel & exterior window cleaning
• Full house packages

Where this can take you

Do well, and there’s a real path forward. You can progress into a Team Leader role, earning commission on your entire team’s sales on top of your own — and as you grow with us, you’ll also get the chance to start working on commercial contracts, which come with even higher commission again.

We’ll sort you out with:

a high-vis branded vest and official sales cards, so you’re set up from day one.

Hours:

Daylight hours only — no late nights.

You’re in safe hands too:

All our reps are trained on Fair Trading Act requirements, so you’ll always know exactly what to say and how to do things the right way.

What We’re Looking For

No prior sales experience needed — we’ll train you from scratch

You’re comfortable chatting to new people and starting conversations

You’re reliable, punctual, and happy working independently once you’ve got the hang of it

You’re looking for something long‑term with real room to grow

A driver’s licence helps but isn’t essential — plenty of areas are bus‑friendly
