Thryv is seeking a field-based Account Manager to grow and retain a 150+ SMB portfolio across Wellington NZ. You will present and tailor SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions, delivering measurable outcomes for business owners through direct client visits.

You will drive upsell opportunities, maintain a robust pipeline, and build trusted relationships while communicating product updates and market trends. Strong conversation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on digital marketing sales experience, including SEO/AEO/SEM and social.
• Ability to walk into client meetings with informed conversations about digital marketing performance.
• Experience growing and managing a client portfolio; not just maintaining it.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Wellington NZ via regular face-to-face visits.
• Present tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions with measurable outcomes for business owners.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing portfolio.
• Hit monthly sales and retention targets with consistency and discipline.
• Build long-term client relationships based on digital marketing expertise and reliable follow-through.
• Manage your pipeline, schedule and portfolio with accountability.
• Keep accurate client records and reporting results to your Account Director.
• Stay sharp on Thryv product updates, the digital marketing landscape and what is moving in the SMB market.
