Job summary

Thryv is looking for a field-basedAccount Manager to grow and retain a 150+ SMB portfolio across Christchurch, NZ. You will drive tailored digital marketing solutions including SEO, AEO, SEM and social to deliver real business results.

You will visit clients daily, build trusted relationships and uncover upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the Account Director.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing sales experience with SEO, AEO, SEM and social.
• Ability to discuss client marketing performance credibly.
• Experience growing a client portfolio and achieving upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Christchurch NZ through face-to-face visits.
• Present tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolio.
• Hit monthly sales and retention targets with consistency.
• Maintain pipeline, schedule and client records with accountability.
