Job summary

Farro in Auckland is seeking an experienced Store Manager for parental leave cover at the Orakei store. You’ll lead from the floor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high standards across operations.

You’ll coach a busy team, drive KPI performance, and collaborate with department leaders to deliver strong commercial results while upholding Health & Safety and food safety standards. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role at Farro.

Farro has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our Farro family on a parental leave cover in our Orakei store.

About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing the Farro experience to life. You’ll lead from the front, creating an environment where exceptional customer service, high standards and a passion for food are part of every day.

Your responsibilities will broadly include:

• Leading, coaching and empowering the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Developing our future leaders and creating a positive, high-performing team culture

• Driving store KPI performance and taking ownership of commercial results

• Ensuring high standards of store presentation, product availability and operational excellence

• Working collaboratively with department leaders and the wider Farro team

• Championing Health & Safety, Food Safety and compliance standards across the store

• Using your leadership initiative to think and act like a store owner, bringing energy, accountability and passion to your store every day
