Farro Fresh Food Limited – Grey Lynn is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and ensure our store delivers outstanding service and a premium food market experience. About the role

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the Store Manager’s right hand, helping lead the team and ensuring our store is always at its best.

You’ll play a key role in bringing our Farro 4 journey to life, keeping service at the heart of everything we do, maximising sales through great availability and ordering, and creating a store environment where both customers and team members love to be.

You’ll inspire, coach and support our team, helping develop our future leaders and building a culture where people can grow and thrive.

You’ll also step into the Acting Store Manager role two days per week and during periods of leave, giving you the opportunity to lead the store, make decisions and continue developing your leadership capability.
