Job summary

Halter is seeking a Virtual Fencing Support Specialist to join our Guidance Operations team in New Zealand. Based at our Auckland CBD HQ or Morrinsville R&D farm, you’ll troubleshoot in‑app questions, replay collar data, and verify firmware updates before field release.

You’ll work in a small, focused team, diagnose issues from data, and provide practical guidance to farmers. Travel to both locations is expected as you support customers on farms and contribute to product improvements.

Qualifications

• Passion for agriculture and practical problem solving.
• Ability to interpret collar data and diagnose issues.
• Strong communication with farmers, clear and empathetic.

Responsibilities
