Job summary

Halter is seeking a Virtual Fencing Support Specialist to join the Guidance Operations team near Morrinsville. You will own Tier 2 virtual fencing as a domain, escalate when needed, and work with Guidance Ops to resolve the hardest cases.

You’ll combine data analysis with field observations to improve onboarding and support for farmers. You’ll spend time diagnosing issues, training Tier 2 staff, and occasionally visiting farms or our Auckland HQ to ensure farmers receive the best possible

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose and own Tier 2 virtual fencing issues.
• Able to escalate only what Guidance Ops cannot solve.
• Capability to build playbooks and training for Tier 2 improvements.
• Willingness to work on-farm when needed and travel to Auckland HQ occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own virtual fencing quality within Tier 3 and ensure proper diagnosis.
• Serve as escalation checkpoint between Tier 2 and Guidance Ops.
• Solve the most complex virtual fencing issues with Guidance Ops.
• Occasionally visit farms to observe collar and fencing in action.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Customer teams as the expert.
• Develop knowledge and training materials to empower Tier 2.
