Job summary

Halter is seeking a driven Account Manager to lead revenue retention and expansion for dairy farms in the South Auckland region. You will be the primary contact, driving farmer success and adoption of Halter’s system with support from a local team in Auckland and the North Island.

You will manage renewals and new opportunities, onboard farms, and build strong relationships with farmers and their teams. Travel across South Auckland and North Waikato is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and relationship management on agricultural accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in farming/dairy environments and traveling regionally.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewals and expansion targets for Halter customers in the region.
• Onboard, train, and support farms using Halter systems.
• Renew customer agreements and grow revenue by adding value in every interaction.
• Build trusted relationships with farmers, managers and teams.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay farmer feedback and needs.
