Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewals and expansion targets in the region.
• Renew customer agreements and expand revenue by adding value in interactions.
• Support onboarding, training and implementation of the Halter system on farms.
• Proactively build relationships with farmers, managers and workers.
• Define business goals, timelines, priorities and metrics of success.
• Provide timely technical and operational support to farmers and team.
