Job summary

University of Otago in Dunedin is seeking an Operations Hub coordinator to support the Division with facilities management, maintenance and custodial services. The role runs 37.5 hours per week, is permanent and full-time, based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin.

You will coordinate job and process management, guide stakeholders, and partner with Operations Hub staff, Property and Campus Development, finance advisory and senior management to understand and support business needs.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will have some previous experience working in an administrative or property management role where high levels of customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting the activities of the Operations Hub, which is focused on assisting the Division with functions like facilities management, University-wide maintenance, and custodial services.
• Organise job management, process management and provide guidance to various stakeholders.
• Proactively partner with Operations Hub staff, Property and Campus Development staff, finance advisory, and senior management to understand and support the needs of the business unit.
