Job summary

The Warehouse Group Otago Delivery Hub is seeking an Area Delivery Hub Coordinator to lead daily delivery and installation operations. You will coordinate workloads, manage stock movements and monitor performance to ensure efficient, safe and seamless customer experiences.

Reporting to the Area Delivery Manager, you’ll develop teams, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvement across the hub while collaborating with stores, transport partners and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
• Operational environment experience in logistics, warehousing, retail or transport
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience coordinating teams, workloads or delivery activities
• Proactive problem solving and decision making
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery and installation schedules
• Coach Installation Specialists and hub team members
• Manage stock movement and inventory accuracy
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues
• Coordinate fleet readiness, vehicle compliance and equipment availability
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team capability development
• Promote health and safety culture across hub activities
• Work with stores, distribution centres and third-party providers
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
