Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking an Area Delivery Hub Coordinator for our Otago Delivery Hub. You will be on the floor, coordinating deliveries, installations, stock movement and daily workflows to keep operations running smoothly.

Working with the Area Delivery Manager and a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will plan workloads, monitor performance and coach hub teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Experience coordinating teams and delivery activities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience maintaining operational, inventory or customer records.
• NZ Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery and installation schedules.
• Coach Installation Specialists and hub team members.
• Manage stock movement and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues.
• Coordinate fleet readiness and vehicle compliance.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and capability development.
• Promote health and safety across hub activities.
• Collaborate with stores, distribution centres and third-party providers.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
