Job summary

Hawkins in Hamilton is seeking a Foreman to join our Central team on a major commercial project. You will lead on-site teams, ensure delivery to the highest standards, and support the project programme from site level.

The role requires 2–4 years as a Foreman, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of health and safety policies. A trade or tertiary qualification is preferred. Pre-employment drug test may apply.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ Foreman experience on major projects.
• Experience leading site teams and delivering projects on time.
• Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance standards.
• Strong planning skills and ability to work to programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams to deliver projects to the highest standard.
• Coordinate construction activities to meet the project programme.
• Enforce Health & Safety policies on site.
