Job summary
Auckland Council is seeking a Facilities Analyst to support the Property Portfolio by combining data analysis, systems expertise and stakeholder engagement to improve facility and asset information. You will enable better operational decisions and long-term planning through robust reporting and data governance.
Working with the Business Insights Manager and stakeholders, you will deliver insights, drive process improvements and train users across SAP, GIS and related systems.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience within a property related environment
- Experience with SAP RE and PM modules
- Intermediate level Excel & Power BI
- Demonstrable analytical skills and data management
- Understanding of Geospatial systems
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and improving facilities, asset and property data across SAP, GIS and related systems
- Delivering meaningful reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and data quality
- Providing systems guidance and training to users across the business
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and trusted information sources
