We're looking for a Facilities Analyst to join our Property Portfolio team. In this role, you'll combine data analysis, systems expertise and stakeholder engagement to support the effective management of council-owned facilities and property assets. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality facilities and asset information is available to support operational decision-making, long-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with the Business Insights Manager and stakeholders across Auckland Council, you'll help drive better outcomes through robust reporting, accurate data management and process enhancement.

Comfortable working across a large organisation, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide trusted advice and help drive informed decision-making through accurate reporting, quality data management and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information, identify trends and present clear, actionable recommendations. Just as importantly, you’ll be proactive, adaptable and confident working across multiple systems and priorities, always looking for opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality and support better outcomes for Auckland Council and the communities we serve.
