Job summary

Auckland Council is seeking a Facilities Analyst to support the management of council-owned facilities and property assets. You will combine data analysis, systems expertise and stakeholder engagement to enable robust reporting and informed decisions.

Working with the Business Insights Manager and stakeholders, you’ll drive better outcomes through data management, process improvements and accurate reporting across SAP and GIS systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience within a property related environment.
• Proficient with SAP RE and PM modules.
• Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills.
• Analytical skills with data management experience.
• Understanding of Geospatial systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving facilities, asset and property data across SAP, GIS and related systems.
• Delivering reporting and analysis to support decision-making across operations, finance and strategy.
• Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Providing systems guidance and training to users across the business.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted source of insights.
