Treasury Wine Estates Witherlea is seeking a systems‑focused administrator to build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring data integrity across the winery’s reporting framework. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Procurement and IT to drive accurate, timely decisions.
You will report to the Site Operations Manager and handle ERP, inventory systems and admin support while advancing digital tools and continuous improvement across the site.

This role sits at the centre of the winery's information, reporting and business systems framework. You will play a key role in developing the winery's reporting and performance visibility framework through the development and administration of Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and business reporting systems that support operational and strategic decision making.
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the integrity of key business systems, operational reporting, procurement processes, financial administration and site-wide administrative support.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Winery Operations, Viticulture, Grower Relations, Finance, Procurement and IT, ensuring accurate information, efficient processes and effective support for operational and strategic decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and combining analytical capability with strong administration and systems expertise.
