Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates Witherlea is seeking a systems‑focused administrator to build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring data integrity across the winery’s reporting framework. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Procurement and IT to drive accurate, timely decisions.

You will report to the Site Operations Manager and handle ERP, inventory systems and admin support while advancing digital tools and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage site reporting, dashboards and business systems with high data integrity.
  • Administer Vintrace, JDE, Power BI, SharePoint and master data.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and drive tool adoption.
  • Coordinate procurement, AP activities, and financial reporting.
  • Provide admin support across NZ business including travel coordination.
  • Deliver insights to support operations, inventory, cost control.
  • Drive improvement across systems, reporting and compliance.

About the Role

This role sits at the centre of the winery's information, reporting and business systems framework. You will play a key role in developing the winery's reporting and performance visibility framework through the development and administration of Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and business reporting systems that support operational and strategic decision making.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the integrity of key business systems, operational reporting, procurement processes, financial administration and site-wide administrative support.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Winery Operations, Viticulture, Grower Relations, Finance, Procurement and IT, ensuring accurate information, efficient processes and effective support for operational and strategic decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and combining analytical capability with strong administration and systems expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site reporting, dashboards and business systems, ensuring high levels of data integrity, governance and performance visibility across the winery.
  • Administer key systems including Vintrace, JDE, Power BI, SharePoint and related platforms, supporting users and maintaining accurate master data.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes, improve system capability and drive adoption of digital tools across the winery.
  • Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, accounts payable activities, supplier relationships and financial reporting processes.
  • Provide broad administrative support across the New Zealand business, including contractor management, fleet administration, travel coordination and site communications.
  • Deliver analytical insights and reporting that support operational performance, inventory management, cost control and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, reporting, administration and compliance processes while supporting HSE, quality and food safety requirements.
About You

You are a highly organised administrator and systems professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in administration, finance, business systems or operational support roles, preferably within production or manufacturing environments
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPI scorecards or business intelligence reporting solutions.
  • Strong systems capability with experience using ERP, reporting and business management systems.
  • Experience improving business processes through automation, workflow redesign or systems enhancements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience administering ERP, manufacturing or inventory systems such as Vintrace, JDE or similar platforms, with responsibility for data integrity, reporting and user support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, winery, FMCG or agricultural environments.
  • Knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, reporting and business administration processes.
