About the Role:As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents to a high standard.
Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Managing communication on behalf of senior leaders, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Organising events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Managing travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude
