Novotel Auckland Airport is seeking an experienced housekeeping leader to drive high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas in our Auckland Airport hotel.

You will lead a team, conduct inspections, coordinate daily briefs, respond to guest needs, manage supplies, and uphold safety across departments, all while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced in leading and developing high performing teams.
• Knowledgeable in housekeeping standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficient in inventory control, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
