Novotel & ibis Auckland Ellerslie is seeking Housekeeping Team Members to maintain high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas in a bustling Auckland hotel. You will contribute to a welcoming guest environment through careful attention to detail and efficient, courteous service.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, and able to work a rotational roster including weekends, with eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Through your attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and pride in your work, you help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

Role Foundations

• Carry out allocated general cleaning duties
• Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
• Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness
• Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• Excellent time management and communication skills
• You must be physically fit and energetic to take on an active, hands-on role with a dynamic team
• A keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation
