Novotel & ibis Auckland Ellerslie is seeking Housekeeping Team Members to maintain spotless rooms and public areas to brand standards. You will ensure cleanliness, attention to detail, and pride in guest environments, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Role involves active housekeeping tasks, replenishing supplies, and delivering friendly service while working on a rotational roster including weekends. Eligibility to work in New Zealand is required.

Role Foundations

• Carry out allocated general cleaning duties
• Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
• Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness
• Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests

Qualifications
