Franklin Smith is recruiting multiple Excavator Operators in New Zealand, Bay of Plenty, for site work across civil and commercial projects. You will operate excavators, attach accessories, and perform earthmoving tasks with attention to safety and efficiency.

Minimum 3 years of excavator experience, NZ citizen or resident, and a valid Class 2+ license are required. Expect 30–35 NZD per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and possible weekend shifts; relocation for projects may be provided where

Qualificações

• NZ citizen or resident with at least 3 years' full-time excavator experience on commercial or civil projects.
• Able to pass police check and drug test.
• Valid driver license, class 2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and position plant for operation.
• Fit and remove attachments like buckets and rock hammers.
• Operate controls to excavate, level, move and load materials.
• Monitor plant operation; adjust for safety and efficiency.
• Raise, lower and manipulate attachments with controls.
• Work from drawings, markers, or verbal instructions.
• Service, lubricate, clean, refuel and perform minor repairs.
• May operate other civil machines and perform manual labour.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and laws.
• Duties may evolve with business needs.
